Only tasks listed in the ‘what’s included’ section of this page, as well as additional extras you pay for will be covered.
Our guarantee is only applicable in cases where we deem the property to be in standard condition. Any property which we consider to be excessively unclean or damaged will not be covered under this guarantee. In these instances we will contact you prior to commencing the clean to discuss how to proceed.
